Using the 5-4-3-2-1 Trick

The easiest and most effective way to gain your senses back if you feel like you are having an anxiety attack is the 5-4-3-2-1 trick or the Grounding Trick. To perform it, just simply describe 5 things you can see 4 Things you can feel 3 things you can hear  2 things you can smell or 2 smells you like and  1 thing you can taste or want to taste You should feel calmer and have a more calm and collected sense of yourself.  Have any other tips? Do you have Anxiety? Some people go through their lives without understanding why they feel the way they do. There are multiple types of Anxiety Disorders and you can go through these checklists to understand if you may or may not possess one of these.
