Using the 5-4-3-2-1 Trick

The easiest and most effective way to gain your senses back if you feel like you are having an anxiety attack is the 5-4-3-2-1 trick or the Grounding Trick. To perform it, just simply describe 5 things you can see 4 Things you can feel 3 things you can hear  2 things you can smell or 2 smells you like and  1 thing you can taste or want to taste You should feel calmer and have a more calm and collected sense of yourself.  Have any other tips?
