Failure Is Important During Anxiety

When people think of failure, they associate it as a negative word however failure is a key ingredient to success. It's easy to start hating on your own work and usually you are the harshest on yourself so that doesn't help either. However, without failure, you would never leave you comfort zone and never become a better person.

It is really important to accept failure as an opportunity to learn and grow even if at that moment, failure seems like the worst thing possible. The more important part of failure is never repeating the same mistake twice. During anxiety, every little steps becomes a bigger one. Every step a person takes is huge for them, even if it might be the smallest step for another person. The important part is focusing on what you are achieving and not over what other's might think about your success.

Fear of failure is just a thought in your head, sure it can stay there if you want it to but it is your head, you control what stays there. Free your mind by meditating, drawing, colouring a book or just going for a walk daily. Nothing can stop you, not even failure if you're determined enough. Everything happens for a reason, even failure. Think about a happy detail in your life and I can say for sure that you would've not been there if you hadn't failed somewhere, you wouldn't have had that moment at all. Failure is important. Failure is an opportunity. 

Failure is important during anxiety to show you that failure is just a thought in your head.

Has the pandemic made your mental health degrade since you are mostly inside? Well people with Domatophobia - the fear of houses or being inside a house have it worse. While it is a requirement for us to stay inside, considering the pandemic, people with Domatophobia could have an increase in sense of anxiety, fright and anger. Even though the causes for Domatophobia can vary from person to person, the 2 main reasons are trauma and genetics where past experiences such as robberies can cause you to feel as if you will be harmed if you stay inside. Some physical symptoms of Domatophobia include but are not limited to nausea, trembling, confusion or even shortness of breath while inside a house.
