Identifying 3 Things You Are Grateful For In 3 Steps

Anxiety can cause you to think things aren't important. You lose track of who to trust, what to do and start over thinking so much that you can't control your emotions. Anxiety affects you in a way where your emotions, whether positive or negative, will cause a reaction in you which leads to stress. There is a way to get hold of your emotions, which, if done right for a month or two can help you feel happier.

3 Things Per Day - 

What you will need :

Either A Pen & Notebook or,
A notepad application on your phone

How to do it :

1) Think of three things you are grateful for in your life, it might be hard at first but write 3 things.
2) Everyday, start your day by writing 3 totally different things. Do NOT repeat the same thing. You cannot write sunflowers, daisies and roses. A good example instead would be, my ability to swim, my dog and my brother.
3) You can also not use the same things i.e. you cannot say my dog on day one and day seven.

This Is What I Fear #8 - Domatophobia

Has the pandemic made your mental health degrade since you are mostly inside? Well people with Domatophobia - the fear of houses or being inside a house have it worse. While it is a requirement for us to stay inside, considering the pandemic, people with Domatophobia could have an increase in sense of anxiety, fright and anger. Even though the causes for Domatophobia can vary from person to person, the 2 main reasons are trauma and genetics where past experiences such as robberies can cause you to feel as if you will be harmed if you stay inside. Some physical symptoms of Domatophobia include but are not limited to nausea, trembling, confusion or even shortness of breath while inside a house.
